To support our growth and objectives, we are looking for a proactive and strategic Account Manager located in Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, or Perpignan who is passionate about digital advertising and publisher success. In this role, you will work closely with media publishers to optimize their monetization strategies, enhance their ad performance, and foster long-term partnerships. What Will You Do? • Act as the main point of contact for strategic media publishers. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with publishers at all levels. • Lead the onboarding process for new publishers integrating our technologies. • Analyze the performance of your publishers, tracking various KPIs and providing recommendations. • Identify optimization opportunities among your accounts. • Cross and upsell of our various products. • Lead weekly/monthly meetings with your publishers. • Travel across Europe as needed to meet top-tier publishers. • Present QBRs and YBRs to your publisher accounts. • Support the development of our mid and long-tail publisher portfolio. Does it Sound Like You? • 2+ years experience in Ad Tech industry (account management (media/publisher) and upsell management is better). • In-depth understanding of advertising technologies and metrics. • Data-driven mindset: comfortable working with numbers to identify new opportunities. • Proactivity to take steps to improve results. • Fluency in written and spoken French and English. • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and good knowledge of Google Suite. • Willingness to take responsibility and ownership. • Results-oriented, high dynamic with a clear focus on high quality. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
