There are as many opinions about our industry's future as impressions served per second. Talk about the need for some bid throttling! In addition to the opinions, some are instead laying out a roadmap of what needs to be done. This list isn’t complete, and if I miss something, tell me and I’ll send an update on LinkedIn.

Folks, progress will only be made where we put our energy, so when someone outlines a plan, don’t just give it lip service. When someone tries to move the industry forward, and you agree, they need your energy. Take off your less-fabulous-than-mine jacket and help push.

I’ve come to the conclusion that one of the biggest challenges to our industry evolving is that some people are just waiting to cash out and let the next generation deal with all this shit. I don’t have a solve for that but to push for change anyway. I get asked why I focus on the segment of our industry I do and I truly believe that these operationally-focused rockstars will be our industry’s future leaders.

So, be it one of our dinners, virtual roundtables, Base•Camps, Navigators, etc. - I’m there to push. It’s move-or-die time. Base•Camp Red Rock Canyon is the next chance to join our fight.

Coming at you from London for our first AdTech Economic Forum London. I just popped out for a quick bite and it turns out it wasn't a restaurant but a gym. Can anyone guess which gym?
