Job Seeker 38 I'm interested in pursuing a senior commercial leadership role on senior director or VP level in Ad Tech, Marketplaces or Digital Media. Preferably Global/EMEA or EU wide. My ideal next employer could be an established business looking to shape the next wave of growth and/or organization, but could also be a scale up, looking to expand into new geo's and put 'boots on the ground'. I'm most impactful when: • you need someone to drive sustainable growth of your business, establishing longterm partnerships with clients • you need someone to get everybody on the same page, ie aligning commercial strategy and goals across multiple levels, geo's and functions in complex organizations • you need someone that understands the complexity and challenges of AdTech, Big Tech, Marketplaces and digital media and the exogenous factors (regulatory, tech changes) impacting the business The kind of organization that would get the best from me is: • ambitious and courageous • sets lofty goals and breathes innovation/disruption • invests in talent What are some of your key accomplishments? • grew Google's publisher partnerships from $20 to $400m across Northern Europe, building and managing a high impact team across 6 countries with the highest growth margin across EMEA • established a global Advertising Centre of Excellence at eCG, and subsequently transformed that team to also drive (product) strategy and advertising monetization for Adevinta post merger • successfully negotiated best-in-industry global ad contracts driving over $200m/yr in revenues • Represented Advertising and led due diligence efforts in eBay’s $9.2B sale of eBay Classifieds Group resulting in the merger with Adevinta; identified (and delivered) EUR 20m+ in advertising synergies. • Represented Advertising and led due diligence efforts in Adevinta’s $13.1B sale to private equity and managed the transition to new target operating model Where are you located or where would you like to work? • Amsterdam but very flexible on travel; would also consider hybrid setup (ie 3-4 days /week abroad) Contact support@beeler.tech to connect with this job seeker.
