Job Seeker 26 I am looking for an executive level role in a media organization looking to grow and scale its revenue strategies across web, newsletters, and other mediums. My core experience is in Revenue Ops and Ad Ops, but I have also had direct ownership of other areas including sales, business operations, and strategy. I'm most impactful when: • You need someone to build out an entirely new ad infrastructure and process or just enhance an already efficient process and tech. You need someone to design and implement a full sales process with technologies that address the unique needs of the digital media industry for both immediate impact and future scalability. You need someone that is constantly looking to grow team members to progress in their professional development. You need someone with a deep network from all sides gained through over 25 years in the industry. The kind of organization that would get the best from me is: One that is open to innovation with experimentation and A/B testing at the core (or is willing to help me get the testing capabilities created). An organization that is poised for massive growth and needs the process, tech, and team members aligned to succeed. One that is willing to stick with tried and true methods, but is curious and open to the changing industry. What are some of your key accomplishments? Rebuilt a publisher’s entire ad infrastructure including the ad technology stack, a robust roster of partners, and overhauled their reporting/analytics to increase revenue yield. As a result, the company’s Jounce Score increased from 0.6 to 2.1 in a 5 month span. Rebuilt a different publisher’s entire ad infrastructure, built out robust A/B testing capabilities in partnership with the Engineering team, and increased RPS 4x within a year. At several publishers, I have built out processes, attracted key talent, and brought others in with no experience to create balanced teams where all individuals have growth potential.
