Job Seeker 20 I am seeking a Director or specialist level opportunity in AdTech/AdOps which would focus on technical operations, vendor and partner management, streamlining execution and processes and revenue growth. I'm most impactful when: • You need someone that has 360 view of the digital advertising ecosystem and can provide leadership, custom solutions and adapt to shifting business priorities. • You are in need of full suite AdOps team and the ad stack management, including direct sales, programmatic, waterfall and yield optimization, tagging and migrations. • You need expertise in leveraging a variety of ad servers, DSPs and platforms such as DV360, CM360, TTD, Xandr, Quantcast, Google Ads and Meta Ads. • You are looking for resourceful monetization partner management that compliments internal product development and upcoming business priorities. • You are looking to collect, layer and execute on data segments (DMP, CDP and 3rd party) to target contextual or behavioural audiences and improve relevance and performance. • You need robust business reporting using data visualization and BI platforms such as Tableau and Looker. • You are looking for management, leadership and mentoring skills which fostering efficiency and personal growth in high-paced environments. What are some of your key accomplishments? • Being a key contributor to the very first premium publisher ad exchange available in Canada (CPAX exchange in 2011) • Migrating Google Ad Manager ad platforms for 2 different premium Canadian publishers within the allocated timeframe and no loss of revenue. • Deploying a video monetization strategy which grew video and CTV programmatic revenue from $0 to over $1,000,000 dollars monthly in a timespan of 12 months. • Opening a Toronto office as a General Manager for an AdTech company and growing it to a sustainable 8 person team with multiple channels of incremental revenue. • Operating as a co-chair of IAB Canada Programmatic committee for 3 years.
