Workplace Experience Manager (Montreal) 📍 Montreal, QCAbout The Role We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Workplace Experience Manager to own and elevate the employee experience in our Montreal office and across Canada. This role is central to creating a welcoming, efficient, and inspiring workplace while ensuring smooth operations across facilities, IT equipment, and employee lifecycle processes.You will act as a key driver of employee engagement—shaping the day-to-day experience, supporting employees locally, and leading initiatives that foster a positive and connected workplace culture.What You’ll Do Employee Onboarding & Offboarding • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires (equipment, access, welcome coordination, and first-day readiness) • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to deliver a warm, structured welcome • Manage offboarding processes, including equipment return, access removal, and system updates • Ensure compliance with company policies throughout the employee lifecycle IT & Equipment Management • Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT inventory • Ensure equipment availability for all new hires • Coordinate timely repair and replacement of equipment • Proactively manage purchasing and asset tracking Employee Experience & Engagement • Serve as the primary local point of contact for workplace-related support in Canada • Respond promptly to employee needs and questions • Organize events, initiatives, and programs that enhance engagement and culture • Continuously assess employee sentiment and improve the workplace experience Office Operations (Montreal) • Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging office environment • Oversee security protocols (access control, alarms, etc.) • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships • Manage office supplies, snacks, and amenities within budget • Ensure alignment with Facilities leadership and global standards Facilities & Projects • Support and coordinate facilities-related projects (e.g., office and warehouse operations) • Help drive efficient execution of projects across multiple locations in Canada What We’re Looking For Core Competencies • Positive, outgoing personality with a strong sense of ownership • Excellent interpersonal skills: emotional intelligence, active listening,and citizenship • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously • Self-starter with strong autonomy and problem-solving skills • Strong analytical and data-gathering abilities Experience & Skills • College or university degree in Administration • Experience working in a tech company • 5+ years Experience in workplace operations, office management, or employee experience roles • Basic technical knowledge of IT equipment and systems • Familiarity with HR practices or labor laws (a plus) • Bilingual in French and English required as the role is located in Montreal but is receiving guidelines and directives from our other facilities across the world. • Comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, Monday.com, and Concur Why Join Us You’ll play a key role in shaping the daily experience of employees and building a workplace that people genuinely enjoy being part of.
