About the role What You’ll Own Client Success and Account Management Leadership • Own net revenue retention, expansion revenue, and overall client health across the customer portfolio • Lead, coach, and scale the Account Management team with clear expectations, operating cadence, and accountability • Build repeatable systems for renewals, expansion identification, executive check-ins, and risk detection • Serve as the senior escalation point for high-stakes client issues involving privacy, ad security, regulatory, or reputational risk • Translate client feedback and behavioral signals into actionable insights for Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership • Partner closely with the CEO on strategic accounts, renewal strategy, and long-term customer planning What we provide to help you succeed We recognize and value our employees and strive to create a healthy and supportive environment for our team.
