People Obsessed is seeking a Senior Vice President of Digital Streaming Advertising Operations to oversee ad execution across CTV, OTT, and cross-device platforms. This highly technical, publisher-side leadership role requires 15+ years of experience in video ad operations, with a deep understanding of programmatic systems, live and on-demand streaming, and operational scale.This is a remote role with the East Coast as the preferred location. Experience in the live sports streaming space is strongly preferred.Candidates should have expertise in:*Ad servers: Google Ad Manager (GAM), FreeWheel, Publica, SpringServe*Programmatic platforms: DV360, The Trade Desk, Magnite, PubMatic, AdX, Index, Nexxen*Measurement & brand safety: DoubleVerify, IAS, Pixalate*Supply chain tools: ads.txt, sellers.json (including troubleshooting and implementation)*VAST tag building, trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting*Yield optimization and revenue strategy across direct and programmatic channels*Leading technical ad ops teams and collaborating with engineering and analytics*Managing live and on-demand video monetization in high-scale, cross-platform environmentsSupporting dynamic, time-sensitive content environments—particularly live sports and event-based streamingIf you're a hands-on, solutions-oriented leader fluent in the CTV/OTT ecosystem, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact at a dynamic and rapidly scaling company.
