This individual will work closely with sales, leadership, and technical teams to propose, develop, and implement cutting-edge programmatic solutions, build audience solutions, and foster ad innovation that meets the needs of our advertisers and aligns with our overall business objectives. We’re seeking a technically adept product leader with a track record of cross-functional collaboration, ad tech innovation, and data-driven iteration—someone who can translate complex challenges into high-impact, scalable solutions.  RESPONSIBILITIES:  • Develop and implement strategic plans for programmatic advertising, focusing on innovative solutions, 1st party data utilization, and revenue-generating initiatives.  • Own the roadmap of new programmatic solutions, data-driven audience products, and ad innovations tailored to meet the needs of advertisers while balancing long-term goals with short-term revenue demands.  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of revenue initiatives, analyze performance data, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.  • Lead the full product lifecycle—from ideation, design, and requirements definition, through to delivery—collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and other teams across the organization. Communicate a clear set of consumer needs at all times to drive key trade-offs.    • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to understand client needs, provide product expertise, and support the development of tailored solutions.  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including senior management, sales leadership, and external partners, to provide updates on product initiatives, performance, and strategic direction.  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  • 5-8+ years of relevant experience in product management  • Experience in a technical role focused on programmatic, digital advertising products, or ad audience targeting  • Demonstrated success in driving innovation, product growth, and delivering high-quality user experiences with a user-centric and data-driven approach.  Ability to understand user needs and find simple and creative ways to solve them.  • A proven history of successfully delivering products from concept to launch.  • Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, drive detailed trade-offs over the product lifecycle, manage conflict, and articulate the rationale behind decisions.  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and navigating highly complex cross-functional projects end-to-end. Ability to influence and drive decisions in ambiguous situations.  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with both business and technical teams.  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business, or a related field.  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  • Knowledge of openRTB, header bidding, Prebid, Google Ad Manager, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, cleanrooms, and other modern digital advertising technology and methodologies.  • General understanding of deterministic, audience segmentation, contextual signals, and standard taxonomies as well as their use by advertisers to achieve full-funnel outcomes (awareness, intent lift, performance).  #LI-REMOTE #LI-NR2 The annualized base salary for this role will range between $115,000 and $125,000.  Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience.
