This hybrid role combines relationship-driven publisher development with data-informed business development, bridging the gap between supply growth, technology partnerships, and yield management. The ideal candidate excels in both business and technical environments, capable of managing publisher integrations, optimizing publisher yield, identifying new monetization opportunities, and negotiating high-impact partnerships that strengthen Mundial Media’s contextual advertising ecosystem.Key Responsibilities • Assist in publisher acquisition, onboarding, and account management efforts across news, lifestyle, entertainment, and sports verticals. • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, and data providers to expand Cadmus AI’s reach. • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate publisher data and partner technologies into the Cadmus AI engine. • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements aligned with growth and performance goals. • Analyze publisher and partner performance metrics; develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs. • Drive yield optimization initiatives to improve fill rates, CPMs, and overall publisher ROI. • Identify new supply-side monetization opportunities and strategic alliances that support revenue growth and drive long-term profitability. • Represent Mundial Media at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen relationships within the ecosystem. • Ensure all publisher and partner activities uphold Mundial Media’s standards for brand safety, content quality, and audience alignment. • Support emerging media strategies such as CTV, YouTube, Audience Curation, DOOH and Audio. Qualifications • 3-5years of experience in business development, publisher development, or ad tech partnerships. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required. • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, SSPs, header bidding, and Google Ad Manager’s MCM product. • Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex commercial partnerships. • Analytical and data-driven, with experience using dashboards, APIs, and reporting tools. • Experience collaborating with engineers and data teams on technical integrations. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. • Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed (up to 25–30%). • Passion for multicultural media and advancing equity in digital advertising. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
