What you’ll do: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets. • Identify, engage, and close partnerships with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, and media networks worldwide. • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across the programmatic ecosystem. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align solutions with partner needs. • Lead and mentor a lean team of fractional sales consultants and a BDR, ensuring high performance, accountability, and clarity of objectives. • Design and optimize sales processes that increase conversion rates, predictability, and scale. • Own HubSpot CRM operations - from pipeline management to automation and reporting. • Track, analyze, and present KPIs and insights to leadership. • Stay on top of market trends, competition, and emerging ad-tech innovations. • Leverage AI tools for lead enrichment, outreach personalization, and forecasting. • Lead by example - establish and refine a consultative, data-driven sales culture. • Lead by example - set a consultative, data-driven tone across the sales team.
