What you’ll do • Own new business generation across the U.S.: build, progress, and close pipeline with digital publishers, media groups, and streaming/CTV publishers. • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, value mapping, solution proposal, demo, negotiation, and close. • Multi-thread and build strong executive relationships (Heads of Ad Ops/Yield, CRO, VP Programmatic, RevOps) to drive consensus and expand scope. • Build and execute territory plans aligned with company objectives; maintain 3–5× pipeline coverage. • Consistently meet/exceed monthly and quarterly quotas (ARR/new logos). • Develop accurate forecasts and maintain CRM hygiene (Hubspot). • Partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to tailor solutions and ensure smooth handoffs and successful deployments. • Represent Adomik at key industry events to drive awareness and pipeline. What you’ll bring • Proven success in quota-carrying SaaS sales in AdTech/MarTech, selling complex and customizable enterprise solutions to publishers (must-have). • Strong understanding of the publisher programmatic stack: Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid/header bidding, Amazon TAM, Open Bidding, SSPs/DSPs, Deal IDs, revenue analytics. • Track record of overachievement against revenue targets; skilled at creating markets, moving prospects through complex cycles, and closing with large publishers. • Robust network within digital publishing and media companies; credibility with Ad Ops, Yield, and Revenue leaders. • Data-driven storytelling: ability to translate data/insights into compelling ROI/value cases that motivate action. • Excellent presentation, communication, and orchestration skills; familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies. • Proficiency with Hubspot; familiarity with sales engagement tools is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Location & Work Setup • Full remote across the United States • Travel up to 25% within North America for customer meetings and industry events.
