The Role • The role is to be responsible for segmenting, creating and monitoring performance of Audiences in market for clients in a variety of SSP/DSP platforms. These will include both marketplace segments and segments built against agency briefs. • In addition, this role will be responsible for setting up and onboarding new publishers to Kindred’s Commerce Card Ad network, including Ad unit configuration on the Ad server, SSP optimization for yield, and performance managing yield for publishers. • Finally, this role will be responsible for curating data and media for clients on a managed service basis and driving campaign performance for advertisers. • Platforms used at Kindred are: Pubmatic, Magnite, Equative, Stackadapt, Index, Criteo, Xandr, Lotame, Eyeota, TTD, DV 360, Meta, an in-house CDP & Adbutler Ad Server Marketing Platform Expertise: • The role will suit a candidate who is an expert in the new data and media economy emerging beyond the end of the third party cookie. • Understanding of business processes and analytics in ad operations roles • Collaborate with Kindred clients to understand marketing data needs and objectives. • Managing projects and working closely with the wider internal commercial team as well as our other departments • Prepare and develop reports, presentations and other documents for internal and external audiences • Be passionate and focussed on driving outcomes for clients and the business in managing and optimizing programmatic set-ups Skills and Qualifications: • 4+ years experience working as a trader / ad operations or trafficker with SSP/DSP’s such as Pubmatic, TTD or other. • Have run PMP and/or Curation deals. • Have built, managed and optimized audiences in a CDP • Being certified on one or more media platforms is preferred. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Strong communication skills Location • Remote, but ideally in Delhi NCR Benefits • Support with professional development and qualification • Remote working • Competitive package
