For more information, visit TEGNA.com.       We seek a dynamic and strategic Programmatic Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our programmatic partnerships within web, mobile and OTT/CTV platforms. This critical role will support the programmatic yield team in programmatic revenue generation through building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including DSP and SSP Account Teams, and Programmatic buying teams at SSPs and trading desks. The role will also be responsible for new business development through programmatic partnerships at SSPs and DSPs, including leading the contract development process and commercials negotiations. This role requires a forward-thinking, results-driven professional with a proven programmatic advertising track record and a rolodex of contacts within the industry. Responsibilities: •    Strategic Programmatic Growth through business development partnerships at SSPs and DSPs. •    Collaborate with the programmatic yield team to develop and implement strategies for engaging DSPs, programmatic buying teams, and SSP Account Teams to drive programmatic revenue growth. •    Partnership Management: including the oversight and growth of relationships with key third-party partners. •    Act as the primary point of contact for existing partnerships, ensuring alignment on revenue goals and joint strategies. •    Work closely with the programmatic yield and leadership team to forecast potential revenue opportunities and set measurable growth targets. •    Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, providing programmatic expertise and insights to support yield management, PMP and PG campaign optimization, and client solutions for revenue growth. •    Foster cross-functional collaboration between programmatic, product, tech, and leadership to align strategies and alignments to maximize revenue. •    Identify and pursue new programmatic opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s revenue goals. •    Lead partnership contract negotiation processes internally with leadership and legal teams, as well as directly with the partner to ensure competitive revenue shares, appropriate commercial terms and minimum guarantees. •    Lead initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge in the programmatic space. Requirements: •    3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital partnerships, business development with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. •    Deep understanding of DSPs, SSP account teams, trading desks, programmatic buying strategies, and the digital advertising ecosystem. •    Strong understanding of the OTT/CTV programmatic ecosystem. •    Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. •    3+ years of experience in contract negotiations, familiarization with advertising revenue contracts, the IAB Standard Terms & Conditions and negotiation techniques. •    A strong network and relationships of industry contacts that are able to make and influence buying decisions within their respective SSP or DSP. •    Demonstrated ability to forecast, analyze, and optimize revenue opportunities. •    Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. •    Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving results and scaling revenue channels.
