About the Role: Media Tradecraft is seeking a self-motivated person to join our Revenue Operations Department. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of Programmatic Ad Operations. Our ideal candidate should be ready to serve an integral role in our day-to-day operations, provide valuable data insights, be extremely detailed, and have a passion for high-touch customer service. Responsibilities: • Mastery of Google Ad Manager, Line-Item delivery, Forecasting, and everything ad server related • 2+ years of relevant working experience working for an AdTech company • Understanding of the digital publisher landscape, including SSPs, DSPs, technology providers, and ad servers • Strong analytical skillsets with an understanding of important publisher tracking metrics to drive high revenue • Collaborate closely with other Ad Operations + Yield team members and occasionally development + other departments • Contribute to updating programmatic ad tech stack, which includes AdX, OB, TAM, Prebid and other tech vendors • Assist with new publisher launches, including GAM, Prebid, and Amazon setup and ensure pre/post success • Manage all active Orders to optimize their pacing and performance and provide reports to clients and internal teams, including Prebid, Amazon, and Tagged based partners • Experience with Google Preferred Deals, Prebid PMP setup, and other Programmatic Deals • Provide the highest standard of accuracy and quality of work, generating the best possible experience for internal and external customers • Ability to multitask and balance many projects simultaneously Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience • 2+ years of experience in ad operations in a client-facing role • 2+ years of relevant working experience for an AdTech company or publisher • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Agile and collaborative - can work with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to multitask and balance many projects simultaneously • Strong analytical and strategic thinking. Comfort telling a story with data. • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other similar tools • Basic understanding of ad code, JavaScript, and ability to investigate Google’s Console • Understanding of ad trafficking with 2+ years of experience • Comfort with internally built technology, systems, and tools • Prior work with Google Data Studio or other data visualization tools
