In this role, you will be responsible for TEGNA’s revenue and analytics products across TEGNA’s stations’ websites, mobile and CTV apps. You will work closely with the Sales stakeholders to grow revenue generation through innovative monetization tactics. You will also work closely with the Business Insights team and Data stakeholders to maintain and update our sophisticated data ecosystem. This role requires great attention to detail and someone who sees the big picture. TEGNA's digital team works in a fast-paced environment. You will work with our internal software design and development teams in an agile development environment. You will define user stories, acceptance criteria, groom backlogs, help prioritize features, and ultimately, be responsible for the success of your products. Responsibilities: • Bring a fresh perspective to TEGNA’s products • Work closely with our stakeholders to identify user needs and pain points to inform the product roadmap • Review designs, write documentation and provide analysis • Help shape features through thoughtful data collection, insightful observations, and careful analysis • Assist in Quality Assurance for new features • Create customer-facing documentation and guide Knowledge Management, Training and Support • Proactively assist in the management and prioritization of a backlog Requirements: • Experience as a website product manager or working with video streams • Demonstrated ability to manage digital products • Examples of achieving aggressive goals • Analytical and strategic in the way you approach and solve problems • Able to accurately handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with excellent organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Able to work well independently and as a member of a larger team • Exceptional collaborator and communicator (written, verbal) Bonus Qualifications: • Expertise within a OKR driven organization • Experience as a website product manager AND working with video streams • Understanding of journalism, digital workflow and the current media landscape • Up-to-date and knowledgeable about the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in Digital Product Management Benefits:  TEGNA offers comprehensive benefits designed to safeguard the physical, mental and financial health of our employees and their families.
