About the Role: Media Tradecraft is seeking a self-motivated person to join our Revenue Operations Team. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of Programmatic Ad Operations. Our ideal candidate should be ready to serve an integral role in our day-to-day operations, provide valuable data insights, be extremely detailed, and have a passion for high-touch customer service. We’re a fully remote company, and we welcome applicants from anywhere in the United States. Responsibilities: • Work directly with publishers to help solve their business problems, identify ad-related opportunities, and help them understand the overall health of their business. • Communicate with publishers consistently and regularly via email, direct messaging, and/or regular business meetings. • Monitor important publisher tracking metrics to drive stronger monetization while preserving user experience. • Collaborate closely with other ad operations team members, in addition to data, yield, and product/development. • Configure complex supply setups within internal systems, GAM, and various SSPs. • Build and maintain custom ad stacks for publishers using internal tools and external technology such as: AdX, OB, APS, Prebid and other tech vendors. • Work on new publisher integrations to ensure successful launches. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience • 5+ years of experience in ad operations in a client-facing role • 5+ years of relevant working experience for an AdTech company or publisher • Mastery of Google Ad Manager, line item delivery, forecasting, etc • Knowledge of digital advertising landscape, including SSPs, DSPs, and middle tech preferred • Agile and collaborative - can work with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to multitask and balance many projects simultaneously • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other similar tools • Basic understanding of ad code, JavaScript, and ability to investigate Google Publisher Console Requirements added by the job poster • Bachelor's Degree • Working in a remote setting • Authorized to work in the United States • No need for visa sponsorship
