Division : Sales Status: Full Time (Hybrid) Location: Toronto, Ontario   About the role Corus Entertainment has an immediate full-time opening for a Manager, Advertising Operations reporting to the VP, National Revenue & Digital Advertising Strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for the following: You will contribute by: • Manage a 10+ team of digital operational specialists, campaign managers and technical managers • Hire, train, mentor, and monitor team's performance as well as set employee goals and objectives • Work with sales, clients and internal ad technology team to address and resolve creative and coding issues • Interface with Product Management, Front End Developers, and Client Services to solve technical problems • Cultivate positive business relationships with clients • Ad operations expert with deep knowledge of campaign management, workflows and processes. • Capable of troubleshooting, identify issues and rapidly resolve. • Ad technology expert with deep knowledge of the digital advertising landscape • Experience in yield management, revenue optimization, reporting and pricing. • Analyze campaign performance, work with data generate reports, provide insights to clients and optimize network. • Performs other related duties as assigned Skills and Experience you will bring: • College or University Graduate • Candidates with strong technical backgrounds but without degrees in these areas are encouraged to apply • Experience with google Ad Manager, Freewheel or other ad serving technologies. • Experience with sales management platforms such as Adbook, Operative One, salesforce… • Experience with Real Time Bidding Platforms such as Google AdExchange, Index, Sharethrough etc… • Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Flash • Possess working knowledge of third party tags • Proficiency in Outlook, MS Excel, Power Point & Word • Perform work with passion for our customers and employees • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills • Excellent client service orientation, organizational abilities, and verbal and written communication skills Application Deadline: April 4, 2025         Every day, we work hard to become an even more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace that supports the well-being of our people and makes a positive difference in our communities.
