Client Success Manager at Adapex

Adapex is a leading Adtech and Adops Consultancy, working with nearly 1000 digital publishers to maximize their revenues, devise data strategies, and optimize site performance. We pride ourselves in offering state of the art tech solutions with full service follow-up to keep our publishers happy and growing. Thanks to this approach, we are also growing rapidly, and looking for someone to join our Client Success team. We are looking for a Client Success Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. What you’d be Doing: ● Act a lead point of contact and proponent for any and all matters relating to your client accounts ● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, trusting client relationships ● Identify and work with cross-functional internal team to identify and implement initiatives for increasing client revenues and improving overall performance ● Work towards attaining quarterly revenue targets and meet or exceed these goals ● Ensure timely and successful delivery of our tech and services ● Attend industry events and leadership forums ● Provide constant input and market feedback in order to fuel product innovation What we’d like you to have: ● 5+ years of experience in programmatic account management ● An existing book of business and/or existing relationships with digital publishers is a big plus ● Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem ● Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills ● Very strong customer relationship skills, ability to develop, grow and manage client relationships ● Proficient with CRM, Google Suite and task management tools ● Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at at time while maintaining sharp attention to detail ● Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs ● Team player with excellent listening, communication and presentation skills ● Highly self-motivated, proactive, ambitious, and passionate Compensation and Extras: ● Competitive salary and benefits ● No more commuting & flexible hours: position is remote from wherever you want to be!
