Description

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Designer to support Optable's content creation & sales enablement initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in creating, enhancing, and amplifying Optable’s visual identity across multiple formats and channels — from website pages, designed collateral, pitch desk, event materials, paid ads, and social media assets. You'll lead the transition from agency-managed design to an in-house function, build and maintain our design system and illustration library, and ensure creative consistency across everything we ship. You'll also coordinate with external partners: freelancers, developers, animators, and video producers;  while staying deeply hands-on yourself. What you will do Brand & Design System • Build and maintain Optable's design system, component library, and illustration library in Figma • Ensure visual consistency across all internal and external assets • Transition design ownership from agency to in-house, establishing scalable workflows Digital & Campaign Creative • Design social media graphics and short motion animations for LinkedIn, X, and other channels • Produce paid ad creative across formats and placements • Design email templates and individual campaign emails • Create marketing collateral, pitch decks, and presentation templates Web Design • Design landing pages in Figma with Webflow implementation in mind:  structured components, responsive breakpoints, and CMS-ready layouts • Collaborate with external partners to hand off Webflow-ready Figma files • Manage Webflow CMS configuration, content modeling, and site maintenance • Create web-optimized illustrations and visual assets for product pages and blog content Events & Print • Design print materials for conferences and events like banners, signage, handouts • Produce branded event collateral from brief to print-ready files External Coordination • Manage and brief external freelancers and agencies for website development, animation, and video production • Review and direct work from external partners to ensure brand alignment What we’re looking for • 4+ years in brand, marketing, or visual design, ideally in a B2B or tech environment • A strong portfolio with range: digital, motion, web, and print • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize in a fast-moving environment • Experience coordinating external creative partners and giving clear, actionable direction • High ownership mindset — you default to figuring things out, not waiting to be told • Strong written and verbal communication in English; French is an asset Tech Stack - level of experience seeked • Figma (Expert) — Component-level design, prototyping, and design system management • Webflow (Basic-Intermediate) — Understands Webflow's structure and constraints well enough to design Figma files ready for Webflow implementation: clean components, defined breakpoints, CMS-friendly layouts • Adobe Illustrator (Intermediate–Advanced) — Vector graphics, icon creation, illustrations, and print-ready asset preparation • Adobe Photoshop (Advanced) — Asset preparation, retouching, and web optimization • Adobe After Effects (Intermediate) — Motion graphics for social media and short explainer animations • Responsive Design (Solid Understanding) — Mobile-first thinking, grid systems, multi-breakpoint design, and cross-device optimization • HTML / CSS (Basic Familiarity) — Ability to read and understand code to work effectively with developers, not required to write from scratch • WordPress (Nice to Have) — Prior experience is a bonus, not a requirement ‍ What We Offer • A vibrant and inclusive work culture in a rapidly growing startup. • Opportunities for professional growth and development. • Competitive salary and equity packages. • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. • A small, senior team with low bureaucracy and high ownership. • Collaborative and supportive work environment within a rapidly growing business. • In-office daily lunches
