We at Beeler.Tech followed what was happening at Boostr’s AMP UP 2025 from afar: we were busy helping produce the SPO Summit the same day. If it had not been for that, we certainly would have been asking to be invited - we’ve only heard great things. So when the list of Boostr Client Awards was announced, we wanted to discover what insights we could gain about the day’s events. We asked Katie Schuele, Co-founder and Chief Customer Officer at Boostr, to share more with us:

Rob: Please tell me about the genesis of the event, the awards, and why you hold it every year.

Katie: AMP UP was born out of a simple but powerful idea: bring together the boldest minds in media to share knowledge, celebrate innovation, and spark momentum. Each year, we host this event to create space for candid conversations around the industry's biggest challenges—and the smart moves that are helping teams overcome them.

The Client Awards are a central part of that mission. They spotlight the individuals who aren't just using our platform—they're shaping it. From data visionaries and early adopters to systems thinkers and innovators, these awards honor the people driving real impact in their organizations and pushing the industry forward.

We hold AMP UP annually because the media landscape doesn’t stand still—and neither do we. It’s our way of rallying the community, exchanging breakthrough ideas, and celebrating the smart, strategic, and sometimes surprising moves that keep media businesses ahead of the curve.

Rob: One theme I’m seeing in the description of the award winners is that they provided feedback on the product. Can you talk about that feedback loop? What does that say about the state of ad management platforms that so much innovation continues?

Katie: We like to say that Boostr is like a co-op, and our mission is to solve this industry’s biggest problems together with our clients.  Finding new business and optimizing campaigns are eternal problems. How you solve those problems is what evolves, and something we always want to be working on with our partners. Everything we’ve ever developed is because we witnessed an inefficiency or were asked if there wasn’t a better way. We think that will continue to happen, and we’re always going to solve it in the way that is best for the Industry as a whole.

Rob: The publishers that won awards vary greatly in size and focus. What does that say about your solutions?

Katie: Greatness comes in all shapes and sizes. While we believe that we have the best products in the market, they are only as good as the clients and organizations that use them.  We give the awards to our partners who make us better, help us to do great things, and inspire us to build cool things.

Rob: I have to ask about the analytics power user winner, Mindy Morgan. She’s a Beeler.Tech community member. According to the report, she clocked 1,316 analytics queries in one week. What does that even mean?

Katie: It means she’s working hard! Analytics is our custom reporting feature. There’s a ton of great data in Boostr from early-stage deals all the way through Billing. Being able to make use of all that data to support your business initiatives is so important.

Rob: I think we’ll tackle Agent IQ in more depth in a future article, but what can you tell us that you shared with the attendees at AMP UP?

Katie: At AMP UP, we introduced Agent IQ, our new series of purpose-built AI agents designed to give media teams time back and drive smarter decisions. These agents are built to streamline core workflows—from accelerating sales research to automating media planning and optimizing ad ops execution. It’s all about AI-powered precision, real-time intelligence, and seamless integration—helping teams work faster, smarter, and more efficiently. And we’re just getting started—more agents are coming throughout 2025.
