Role Overview You are responsible for the overall client satisfaction, strategy, and campaign delivery for all Formedics owned and operated properties, Figure 1, MashUp MD, and medical society partners. You serve as the project manager for client campaigns, including all activity from kick off calls through to aggregate reporting. You are responsible for defining client performance, marketing strategies, evaluating the effectiveness of client programs, and recommending improvements or additional services as appropriate. You are highly organized with account leadership and customer relationship management expertise, detailed and clear communication skills, and a proven ability to prioritize and excel in a deadline-driven environment, with a particular focus on efficient project and timeline execution. Responsibilities: • Member of an account team supporting campaign implementation across a range of clients, including project kick-off, development and updates, and aggregate reports. • Enter assigned client IOs into Boostr, ensuring the information entered is accurate and up to date. • Serves as the main day-to-day contact for assigned clients, post-sale. • Use SmartSheet to project manage each campaign, keeping close track of each component. • Prepare client facing decks and host kick off calls and status calls weekly, if required. • Work closely with the Digital Operations team to ensure campaign implementation is on time and pacing to client expectations. • Work with client compliance committee on all content requiring MLR. • Communicate client needs and expectations clearly across all internal teams. • Attend weekly account team meeting, including the sales team, to track campaign development and progress. • Attend weekly pacing meeting to review campaign performance, identify over- or under-performing campaigns, and develop plans to address those. • Manage the project scope / timeline and identify opportunities for upsells or renewals for the sales team. • Work closely with the Data Team to ensure that all aggregate reporting matches weekly PLD. • Build and maintain strong relationships with various internal stakeholders, including Pre-Sales and Sales, Audience, Editorial & Product, Data & Engineering and Finance. • Assist in the development and maintenance of business relationships with current pharmaceutical, medical device and other supporters in conjunction with sales colleagues as appropriate. • Respond to all client inquiries within the same workday. Required Qualifications: • 4-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing strategy, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or digital media sectors. • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar accounts and driving account growth. • Strong leadership and team management experience. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities. • Proficiency with project management and order management tools (e.g., SmartSheet, Boostr). • Ability to navigate client compliance environments (MLR) and complex organizational structures. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
